4. Voltage and Electrical Compatibility

Before installation, customers must verify that the product’s required voltage, frequency, wattage, current, and other electrical specifications are compatible with their electrical system.

Using a product outside its specified electrical ratings may cause malfunction, damage, overheating, or other safety risks.

5. Outdoor and Waterproof Products

Solar lighting products may depend on sunlight, weather conditions, installation location, battery condition, panel positioning, and other environmental factors.

Actual lighting duration and charging performance may vary depending on:

Weather conditions
Seasonal changes
Solar panel positioning
Installation location
Battery condition
Product usage
Temperature and environmental conditions

Therefore, stated lighting or backup duration may be an estimated value under specified conditions and should not be considered a guaranteed duration in every situation.

7. Installation Charges

Unless specifically mentioned in the product or service description, product prices generally do not include installation charges.

Any installation performed by third-party electricians, contractors, technicians, or other service providers is separate from the product purchase.

Luminospark Energy Private Limited shall not be responsible for the actions or workmanship of independent third-party installers.

8. Product Use and Modification

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Customers must not:

Cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing, inventory, technical, or listing error.

If an order is cancelled after payment due to such an issue, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.
